Are your products suitable for commercial installations?
Absolutely. Our product range is specifically curated for HVAC professionals working on both commercial and industrial projects. We carry commercial-grade condensate pumps, defrost controllers, and other equipment designed for heavy-duty use.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account for faster future purchases and order tracking. We don’t currently offer guest checkout options.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
Orders can typically be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Due to our fast processing times (1-2 days), changes after this window may not be possible. Please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

Note: We ship globally except to Asia and select remote regions. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Wakefield warehouse.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Express Shipping (£12.95):
– Carriers: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Recommended for urgent commercial HVAC installations

Free Economy Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Ideal for bulk orders of ducting, pipe insulation, etc.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email that works with the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). Our commercial-grade packaging ensures safe transit of delicate HVAC components.
Why don’t you ship to Asia?
Due to complex customs regulations and logistical challenges in various Asian markets, we’ve currently limited our service area to ensure reliable delivery to our core markets. We’re continually evaluating expansion opportunities.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal for secure checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. International customers may be subject to import duties based on their country’s regulations.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date for unused products in original packaging. Branded items (Daikin, Fujitsu, Blue Diamond) may have manufacturer warranties that we can facilitate. Contact [email protected] for return authorization.
What if my HVAC equipment arrives damaged?
While our commercial-grade packaging is designed to protect delicate components, if damage occurs, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.
Do you offer technical support for installed products?
While we can provide basic technical information, professional installation and complex technical support should be handled by certified HVAC technicians. We’re happy to connect you with manufacturer support when needed.
