The Mitsubishi Electric PAC-SF40RM interface plugs into the Indoor unit PCB board on the following ranges of Mitsubishi Electric units: PEA-RP, PLA-RP, PCA-RP, PKA-RP. It provides a non-voltage contacts for external input on/off control of the indoor unit(s). You can also use the PAC-SF40RM run/fault interface for emergency output for faults and external run operation of the unit(s) to be controlled.
